Shipping/Delivery/Packaging & More Info

​All The Fine Print  

Shipping:  City Girl Chocolates, LLC. will take special care with your package and ship your items so that it will arrive in perfect condition.  It is best to allow 24-36 hours to process and prepare your order, all items are made in small batches to guarantee freshness,  After the 24-36 hours, allow 3-5 days for your order to arrive.  We use priority shipping services that ensure timely delivery and confirmation tracking.  For this reason we cannot guarantee delivery on a holiday.  Temperatures vary across the country, we  ship on Monday, Tuesday and sometimes Wednesdays. We do not ship over the weekend as many mail carrier warehouses are not air conditioned.  When temperatures reach 70 degrees or above, we will use warm weather packaging and cold packs to protect your chocolate order from heat and may need to be upgraded to 2nd day or next day delivery.  Shipping charges will increase.  At this time we do not offer free shipping. If City Girl Chocolates anticipates any difficulty meeting your requested delivery date, we will contact you by phone, then email, to make alternate arrangements.  Please provide an address and phone number where someone will be available to receive the shipment. All orders will be sipped Fed Ex or UPS we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Internationally.  

Delivery: We deliver 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.  Delivery in the local Area is $15.00 flat fee, outside of this area may require shipping or special arrangements, please contact if you have any questions about delivery.   

Returns & Replacements: We make every effort to ensure your order arrives the same as it was packed at our shop.  Replacements of an order will be offered, providing that the order is delivered within 5 days of the date it is shipped, the contact and delivery information is complete and accurate, the order is personally received and not out in the exposed temperatures. Please contact us immediately, provide a description and issue that would be cause for a return. We want you to be happy with your purchase. City Girl Chocolates accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of the order caused by the carrier.  

Storage: City Girl Chocolates are best enjoyed at room temperature, Do not store your chocolates in the refrigerator, This will cause discoloration or graininess.  We do not add preservatives to our chocolate, for that reason we recommend consuming the chocolate within 3 weeks for the best flavor and assuring the freshest ingredients. 

 Allergy info: Our chocolate is process where nuts, including peanuts, dairy, soy, wheat & dairy are present 

 Packaging: We will do everything possible to offer the same packaging shown on our website, if that packaging becomes unavailable, we will do our best to replace the packaging with the same color scheme and theme. Due to ongoing supply issues, some packaging may not be available, we will contact you .
